A comprehensive redesign of Mariner’s payment flow focused on enhancing mobile experience, offering flexible payment options, and simplifying the autopay setup process for improved user satisfaction.

Customer Application Funnel 

Revamped an underperforming application funnel by enhancing usability, optimizing error handling, and improving mobile experience, resulting in a 30% reduction in drop-offs and a 42% increase in median completion rates.

Infrared Training Center

I led the team to revamp ITC's website and launch a new site, ensuring clean, easy navigation and preferred course ordering. This project included everything from research and building a component library to branding and web design.

Hikbud

As part of my case study, I designed an app that lets you connect with like-minded hikers, helping you find fellow enthusiasts who match your frequency. Build a hiking community, plan events, and navigate trails—all within one app.

I was fortunate to work directly with the stakeholder to design Pure's eCommerce website, highlighting their water treatment solutions and identifying potential customers. The site offers ways to invest in water impulsators to improve health and living conditions, with an easy checkout process from scheduling a demo to doorstep delivery.

House2Home

This was an 8-day GV sprint project where I designed an e-commerce website for home furnishings. The goal was to assist users in finding a budget-friendly starter kit with a variety of decor products to personalize their spaces. I focused on designing and testing the 'Design Starter Kit' to offer stylish options that users could select with ease.
